Study participants wore the sandals for about four hours from 2 pm to 6 pm. Furthermore, both the control and study groups carried out their work while on their feet. After the four hours, researchers evaluated the study participants’ listlessness, tiredness of feet, overall tiredness, body temperature, blood pressure, and psychological tiredness.

To start with, results of this study showed that participants who wore Kenkoh massage sandals felt less tired. Secondly, participants in the control group exhibited less swelling of the lower limbs.
